Well, Rob, it’s not optimal, the two workouts that close together, but I don’t know your reasons. You may simply have no choice or say in the matter.

However, optimal or not, you’ve definitely optimized your PWO nutrition for the two sessions. And I’m definitely glad to hear that you’re using Surge both sessions.

I don’t know what the problem was with your post. If you’ve read some of my replies, they can be a bit on the lengthy side. I just keep typing, and the word-wrap feature allows me to type past the space I’m alloted initially to type a reply.

Play around with it a bit. If you continue to have a problem, contact Technical Support. It’s a link at the bottom of some of the different screens.

My BF is 15%. So I am sure this helps you out much. Even though I am at 15% though I am still pretty defined. And am not scared to to go to 20% and maybe even a bit over. See I play college football still, but also enjoy BB. So I want to get to a solid 215-220 pounds by May 30. Then just train speed and strength over the summer. I’d ideally like to be @ 10-12% BF at a minimuim of 215 pounds. THANK YOU TT and others your help is much appreciated.
