I wasn’t sure where to post this, but has anyone tried getting regular massages or acupuncture to help with recovery and/or prevent over training?
I have no idea about accupunture, but massages should help out a lot. I wish I had the money to get a couple a week lol
I get about 2-4 sports massages a year. Would go more often if I could afford it, well worth the money though. Guy I go to is also a chiropractor and makes sure everything is aligned correctly while I’m there.
