Mass Assault

I Just finished a five month mass-building program. On it
I utilized many of the mass-building protocols found in
the “T- Mag archive.” I have followed J.M.B.'s eating strategies
with an almost “religious fervor!” Results: I have gone from
160 lbs with a 10% BF, to 170 lbs with a 11% BF.
My workout weights have increased anywhere from
10 to 25% given the particular movement. But now my body
is telling me that it’s time to back off for a while. My right shoulder
has been barking like the proverbial dog “with his paw caught
in the fence.”

QUESTION: I was planning to start a major Androsol cycle come mid-September as part of my next MASS ASSULT! However, having never used the product before, I wanted my first cycle to be a special one. I have heard that this product can expedite the healing of this condition. Should I begin using it now? (NOTE: I'm am presently on a 2 week back-off program consisting of moderate circuit training and traditional cardiovascular work.) Might it be wiser to wait until mid September to "break my cherry" on a MASS ASSAULT ? Any experiential knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Joey Z. ::::----::::

That’s an interesting concept, using a steroidal product to help
heal a nagging injury. I loused mine up doing close grip benches
a few weeks back. How did you hurt yours? BTW: let us know
if it works. I may wanna give it a go.

How long did it take you to gain those 10lbs?

RUDYTHEFIFTH, I started the mass building program on March 21st.
(It took around 5 months to gain the 10 lbs.)

Clawed, I initally hurt my shoulder a few months ago while trying to reintroduce
flat bench back into my chest routine. After that I swore off flat benching for life.
The pain went away for a while but resurfaced 2 weeks ago. This was most likely
due to over use and the lack of a long needed rest.
