Yesterday I did 100 25# KB swings, 10 basketball court sprints followed by jump rope, and ran half a mile in 4:12, and spent 20 minutes in the sauna.
Today is my first day off from work in 7 days so I’m resting completely.

My Youtube channel is brymstone616. I don’t care about posting vids anymore and will do it. The problem is with my phone. I put the usb cable in and run the installer but get an error message that says something about incomplete download…so I can’t do a direct upload like I wanted.
I have tried to send the vid from my phone to youtube as well…still no luck.
I’m thinking I may have to reset the phone to right this issue.
Plane leaves in the morning.
