How should I schedual my meals if I work out 2 times a day M,W,F? Usually I have a p+f when i wake then a PWO meal then another at about 11am P+C,then a P+F two hours later, followed by a whey shake after work, adn a P+f meal at 6pm then I lift at 7, have a PWO shake, and finally a p+C meal 1 hour later, which is befor I go to bed. Is this the correct approch to M E reloaded?
