Marzouk Making you LEANER and then BIGGER

Ignore the troll. How are you doing M? Back on track? Your family and business turn out okay after all the political stuff?
Yeah im back on track on now getting groceries in for the week 2moro, so back to normal.

Work did slow down a little but getting back on track now, things starting to pick back up.

I’m actually moving back to the uk in about 3 months and travelling back here every 6 weeks or so to keep an eye on business and show my face in the office, i can keep things moving remotely online.

Investing into a supplement distribution and retail company that my friend owns, so something i’m already interested in so it should be fun.

Why do you get to eat cereal but I don’t :frowning:

Zraw, could you layout the push, pull, legs routine for me?

Will do asap

You wana know what the key to this dieting shit is? Routine.

Before egypt went to shit i was doing the same thing day in day out, eating the same thing. It was easy, now with what is happening at the moment it has become a lot more difficult. This is not an excuse btw im dieting to the best of my ability, but mu routine is fucked up at the moment.

Its Ramadan so my gym doesn’t open untill 11am now and closes at 6.30pm so i’m working out after work now which doesn’t bother me.

Its kinda hard to explain. Ramadan has 2 weeks left so after that things will go back to normal, until then ill adapt my diet and my routine to fit the weird times of the country. Loaded yesterday and weighed in this morning at 235.6 - about 4lbs above my baseline pre-vacation.

Still on track just hit a little speed bump on the way. Hope by the end of this week i can break belwo the 230 mark which to me is more mental than anything else.

Good luck man, but don’t mess with your mind too much. I don’t think you’ll lose six pounds in one week. What is your average weekly loss?

I know what you mean about Ramadan mate! Everything here is closed from 4pm til 8pm during the day. Luckily, I’m on night-shifts this time around, and I can hit the gym just after sunset

haha Estrogen Nation, eh?
So you are telling me that he had to leave in the middle of the night under gun fire and couldn’t bring any food (e.g., whey+nuts)?
And someone forced him to drink alcohol and eat pizza?
If so, I’m terribly sorry.
Otherwise, all I’m saying is that a lax attitude for a fatty is not a great sign for things to come and a slippery slope.
Why this causes such an outrage is beyond me.
I agree with you. Zraw said he was on vacation recently, and I presume he didn’t gain 8lbs while he was there.

If he didn’t then he wasn’t on vacation :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah it can be difficult, plus the stuff thats happening here as well makes even groceries difficult, things are out out of stock, overpriced etc. Inflation is about 14% now as well. So the prices re getting ridiculous.

Like i said i’m not making excuses thats just the way things are.

I was losing around 1-2lbs a week which is what Zraw wanted to maintain muscle, personally i’d rather do it more extreme n lose more weight, but he’s the boss.

Well you can but in the end you wont be pleased with the results and ull have a rebound, esp if doing it without drugs

As I wrote in Chobb’s thread I do not have enough freetime now and havent had for a while to be as present as i’d want in this thread. I will lay out how to adjust macros and skiploads based on your results and weight fluctuation this friday and will also update your workout program but then i’ll be out of the thread and most likely of TNation except maybe to update my own thread from time to time

I hardly ever visit this site anymore for a couple factors, one of them being lack of time

Thanks for the heads up! Will be a shame to see you leave! Good luck with whatever you do and wherever you go!

That will help a lot, this thread taught me a lot so far and i think i have the tools now to continue on.

Thanks for getting me going and getting me set up.

ALso will be shame to see you go, on of the best assets the site has, will keep an eye for you getting the pro card!

Z, it’s a shame to see you go. I hope that when time and/or other factor allow, you’ll co e back. Thanks for all your words. I’ve really enjoyed these threads

Things i’ve learnt -

 1. From now on i will always have carbs/aminos intraworkout. without fail.

 2. I will forever have carbs post workout. Be it from cereal or a supplement.

You can have pretty much any carb post-workout, doesn’t always have to be cereal or supplement :P. Rice works great too. Apparently the Rock likes Cream of Wheat (which is awesome because I’ve been eating that stuff since I was a wee lad).

Yeah thought as much, bu ti kinda like cereal, simple, cheap no mess and it kinda kills my craving for sweets, choclate n biscuits etc

So, you still at it? Don’t let this thread die just because Z left. Documenting your journey here could keep you on track and even help other readers out.

X2.

To be honest, I stole some of zraws advice on this thread for my own diet lol. I’m dropping from 230 down to 190’ish.
