Marzouk Making you LEANER and then BIGGER

Plus it’s a vacation. It’s not like he’s cutting for a competition or something.

Clean the slate, and move on. If you focus to much on what you can’t have or can’t do, or what you did or shouldn’t have done, you’re worse off in long run. Only the person is able to hold themselves accountable for their actions.

I applaud the support of most people here of forgetting about what happened and focus on what he can do to get back on track.

Thanks guys, its all good. Il be back on track soon enough, i would of gone insane if i stayed in cairo.

It was practically impossible to stick to the macros while i was away. My vacation was inside of Egypt in a place called El Gouna.

Man made island pretty much in the middle of nowhere.

Do i give a fuck if people ‘tell me off’ ? Hell no, my choice, my life. FWI im only 2.5lbs about my baseline now.

I pulled up some pictures; looks like a nice place. How was the weather?

You could try the old strongman “health drink”:

The ingredients were dark lager beer (or Dublin stout) mixed with Holland gin, the yolk of an egg and plenty of sugar. “It is a very good but strong drink” was the Saxon opinion, “but, if you are not used to it you will get dizzy very quickly.” It seems to me that one would have to be a very strong man in the first place, in order to drink it.
I’m very tempted to try this. Need to get a hold of some jenever first though.

lol. Let me guess, you either have never personally been involved in a major emergency or completely and utterly lack empathy.

Beer is my preferred poison too. I can certainly do a few a day… and I haven’t yet figured out how to properly program it into my diet. Once I do, I’ll probably take over the world. lol. One good thing about dieting and a fast metabolism, though, 1 beer (or whiskey) packs a much stronger punch.
I think i read on here somewhere that arnold would down a pitcher post workout.
I don’t know if this is true lol but I also heard he would drink 6-8 before lifting also. This is how I justify my weekends.
lol. I can’t imagine doing that during a cut. Heck, one or two beers on a Saturday when my metabolism is all revved up and no food in the system pretty much has me plastered. 'Course, I ain’t no Arnold

 1. If it did happen it was probably off-season, not during a cut.

 2. Arnold is the king of the oxymorons and exaggeration, he was an actor and politician before he stepped on either stage.
I could see it happening on occasion, but he was too serious to have it be an all-the-time kinda thing. Try mixing chocolate whey with a miller light sometime…it is surpisingly not bad. (yes, I was bet after a workout)

THAT sounds like a great “challenge” thread for GAL. Please post the video

One of the old russian post workouts was a raw egg and vodka cocktail… i’m actually completely making that up.

I’ll see if my local Irish bar can hook me up. Watch this space

I doubt it was that impossible. Traveling is a bitch, especially to less practical areas, but packing some whey + healthy nuts can go a long way.
Clearly, my point wasn’t that the 8lbs or whatever is going to matter in the end if you keep going.
I’m just a bit worried about the attitude thing. I’m not so sure you are in the position to be too easy going about these things. You are still in the beginning.
I hope you take my comments as “tough love” rather than that of a “hater”.

the guy was on holiday and had some fun

THE HORROR

you have offended my family

you have offended the shaolin temple

Keep up the good work Marzy

Hat-tip to both Marzouk and Zraw in this thread.

Keep going.

Is this even real fucking life? He went on a ‘holiday’ due to his country freaking rioting an having their leader thrown out by the military, then during all if this, riots were occurring, shootings and dozens of deaths. Yeah…

Sure the gym is a big part of our lives. But life is too short to worry about a freaking diet when your livelihood could be at stake (heavythrower for example). Get a grip guys.

haha Estrogen Nation, eh?
So you are telling me that he had to leave in the middle of the night under gun fire and couldn’t bring any food (e.g., whey+nuts)?
And someone forced him to drink alcohol and eat pizza?
If so, I’m terribly sorry.
Otherwise, all I’m saying is that a lax attitude for a fatty is not a great sign for things to come and a slippery slope.
Why this causes such an outrage is beyond me.

No, we’re just saying that there’s more to life than obsessing over diet choices, especially on holiday.

Estrogen nation eh? Seeing as you are so dedicated to your diet you are clearly never any fun, so you could start your own website:

BORING FUCK NATION!!!

yeeeeeeeaaaaahhhh

seriously though, ease up. You’re such a tool.

Ignore the troll. How are you doing M? Back on track? Your family and business turn out okay after all the political stuff?
