Yeah kept everything the same, exactly the same. Will throw my weights up tomorrow glad to say my weight has come down a little this week. Strength seems fine, measurements are holding though which i find strange.
I read an article that stated males lose visceral and intra abdominal fat first, then the trunk and finally the limbs. Maybe i starting to break past the visceral stage. Who knows.

I’m “from” Clinton, MD, but I’ve lived 15-20 min outside of Baltimore for the past 12-13yrs. When I was in college I was a realtor and worked mostly in Baltimore…for the most part- FUCK THAT PLACE! I’m a cop now in DC. Even given the fact I’ve got a gun on me 24/7, fuck that place.
As for the beer, I used to live off that shit when I was 22-23- cans only, really tastes like shit from the bottle, IMO. If I drink beer these days, it’s 1 or 2 HIGH% micro’s.

I go to school right oustide Baltimore in the Arbutus/Catonsville area. I have to agree with you fuck Baltimore. On weekends everyone is always trying to go into the city to soundstage or whatever place all the college people go to. I always opt out. I would rather drive the 45 minutes to an hour to DC and hit up Dupont or even Bethesda then venture into Baltimore.
Which areas in the city do you work. I have seen the DC cops have to deal with some crazy stuff when I have been down in Dupont and Adams Morgan.
