ZRaw: How did you go about calculating his calories and macros? I ask because I’ll probably begin a cut myself in about a month (albeit, not so hard), but I’m taller, fatter, and older.
Marz: How have the weights you’re lifting changed since beginning? Getting Stronger?
My legs are getting stronger everything else is about the same.
Energy was kinda low mid week bu thursdays workout felt.
Numbers don’t seem to be changing much at the moment but ima keep on going.
Whats weird is i feel leaner in the arms n legs n rib cage area. Maybe i held some water etc i dunno, not deterred anyway, this is a marathon and not a sprint.

Was just looking over june’s weights and im only down less than 2lbs so far this month. Whats the deal?
Weight loss is not linear and you’re just looking at a two week period of time, where you lost two pounds. Trust in Zraw and be patient, this is the type of attitude that makes people give up.

was just sayin, no chance of giving up here.
Good, good. I hope that didn’t come off too harsh, I just see it a lot with my friends that will lose a bunch of weight then be like “I haven’t lost any weight this week, this sucks” and lose motivation and quit.

I’ve gone 2-3 weeks straight without really loosing any lbs and then 1 week, I’ll drop 4lbs randomly. Actually, I’ve attached my graph of weight loss. It’s pretty funny and consistent with the nothing happening for 2 weeks and then BAM!.

Yeah i know what you mean, was just whining like a little bitch lol, fat guy plus low carbs lol!
I remember a diet thread from you a while back, where you had every excuse in the fuckin book.
I believe you’re actually going to get through it this time. It seems your attitude has changed, you’re owning your fuck ups, and realizing they are just that- both yours, and fuck ups. We can’t take back the stupid/bad choices we’ve made in our lives, but nothing says we can’t stop making them. I believe you’re ready to stop making them with your food choices- all the fucking cookies and bullshit crepes and pussyboy food I recall you talking about. This shit ain’t over til we are in the fucking ground.
Attack this. Attack it like a motherfucker. Live the next several decades leaner than you ever believed you could be, densely muscled like your pops.

Shiiiiit! I’ve not seen your around for a long time and you called me out like a mother fucker back then! Glad to see you posting in one of my threads again.
Yeah my attitude has definitely changed since then matured a lot, got married, own 2 companies, so live has taught me lot. Over 7 weeks in so far, the way i see it there is not point in quitting when i;ve come this far. Way i say another 10-12 weeks doesn’t seem that bad.
Plus my wife travelled back to the UK for the summer for 8 weeks, so it’s guna get even easier now i only have my own well being to be worried about (i’m the cook). Wana smash through some walls this next 8 weeks.
