Marzouk Making you LEANER and then BIGGER

Man Marzouk, I always remember you saying you benched 300+ relatively quick once you started training. Now I see why, you’ve got the genetics to be a freaking brickhouse! Awesome pics man, and awesome work.

Hey Marz, keep up the good work, brotha. As someone else stated before, take the negative as some form of motivation. Go to the gym, fucking kill it and keep your nutrition in check. It takes time. It takes dedication and discipline. You can do it. You will do it. You’re DOING it.

Fuck the haters.

Ps: Damn! Your papa looks freaking huge in that first pic. You can be that monster!

Thanks DN! I’m killing this all the way to the end!!!

Thanks mate, yeah i can do it! i just need to put my mind to it and put in the effort. He is a great role model for me and was a fucking beast in his prime, and his prime was in his 50’s which is even more ridiculous.

Training days

Meal 1 - 45mins pre workout: 40p,40c, 10f
Intraworkout : 15g BCAA mixed in 2L water

Meal 2 - (DIRECTLY POST WORKOUT) : 40p, 70c. Here I want 2scoops whey mixed in some kind of kids cereals (i use frosted flakes, idk what you have access to in Egypt). Make it so you get 70g of carbs there.

Meal 3 : 40p, 20c, 15f

Meal 4: 40p, 20f

Meal 5 : 30p, 15f

Meal 6 : 40p, 15f

Off days

Meal 1 : 40p, 15f

Meal 2 : 40p, 35c, 15f

Meal 3 : 40p, 15f

Meal 4 : 40p, 25c, 10f

HIIT ON BIKE 2x/week : I want 6 sprints of 30secs with active rest between your sprints… should total about 30mins. I’m starting you with only this for cardio

Meal 5 : 40p, 15f

Meal 6 : 40p, 15c, 12f

Thnaks Zraw, so it’s pretty much the same with some cars removed from breakfast on training days and some carbs removed from the off days. Hope this does the trick!

Oh ye and meal 3 as well on training days.

Oh yeah and i forgot to mention, this is the lightest ive been all year!

This week’s weights and measurements.

Jun-2 239.58 - Post load
Jun-3 238.48
Jun-4 238.04
Jun-5 235.84
Jun-6 235.62
Jun-7 235.18
Jun-8 234.96 - Morning of load.

Measurements:

Thigh: 29.5
Calf 18.5
Bicep cold am: 18
Waist naval - 39
Chest: 45.5

Strength and energy are fine, not going down, trying to add weight every week to the bar and its kinda working, especially for the leg exercises.

Feel leaner in the rib area and upper back. Hard to see on the pics.

Looking at the pics i feel like i look worse each time i take a new set. But i guess its the just the journey!

5 weeks down, and i still have no intention of stopping, honestly i though i would of thrown in the towel after 2 weeks. But no chance of that now!

Dude, you got a solid base you’re uncovering.

Keep it up!

Thanks dude, im in that transition period where i look shitty, fully deflated no pump etc. But im up for this so lets run with it!

Paradoxically, it isn’t at all unusual for one dropping weight to look worse before looking better.

It probably has something to do with the muscles flattening out a bit and not molding the fat as flatteringly as before. Maybe the lack of calories and addition of cardio catabolizes brain tissue leading to acute bouts of dementia.

That mind fuck is why so many permabulkers never truly lean out. Just remember that what you’re feeling is extremely common and keep busting ass in all the ways that you know will help preserve your muscle. It will be totally worth it.

You look great man. It’s just like anything, you have to go through that awkward phase where you just don’t feel or look right. Keep on keeping on!
