What weight do you think you will see yourself peaking at with your first real offseason?[/quote]

I don’t like to think about that…lol. I’ll know it when I get there based off of how I feel. It’d be great if I could keep myself to 190 or less by year’s end.

Obviously the post skip load weigh in is a bit inflated but that’s probably a 2-3 pound weight loss in a week.
That’s good.
You want to hold max muscle tissue.
Slow and steady my man.

Really? If its 2-3 pounds a week as suggested, in a month you will have probably lost close to 10lbs…and that’s too slow to you?

10lbs a month doesnt sound bad when you put it like that.

I’m in this for the long haul but 5-6 months is a hell of a long time. But i ain’t quiting anyway.

Sun 1/5/2013: 254.3
2/5/2013: 250.1
3/5/2013: 249.7
4/5/2013:247.7

9/5/2013: 242.6
10/5/2013: 242.2
11/5/2013: 241.3 (morning of load)

Depending on what day of the week you choose you are down 2.6-5lbs -_-

No change at all this week

about 2lbs per week is what we are aiming for

Ok coach, no problem. everything will remain the same this week.

Strength is regaining a little bit now, pressing is getting back up there and i have noticed that my endurance is increasing especially in my legs.

8 reps of leg extensions used to give me crazy lactic acid now 15 is just about bearable.

MUFC

If you’re a newcastle fan, you were lucky this season!

I didn’t realise you were Mancunian Marz

I went there recently for a stag do, we ended up in what was supposedly a strip club but turned out to be more of a brothel!

I shan’t clutter your thread with the ridiculous antics but lets just say that there’d be some very unhappy wives and girlfriends if what happened on the stag didn’t stay on the stag… (not mine, I was a good boy)

Dam right born and bred! Spent the first 23 years of my life there.

Tell me about, what happens in Manchester stays in Manchester!.

well ok the cliff notes are:

-between three of my mates they spent well over £1000 on what essentially came down to a handjob each, with one getting a sprinkling of blowjob.

-2 of my mates fell in love. They both asked for phone numbers and genuinely believed that the girls gave them their real numbers. One of them actually believed the girl when she said “Oh I wouldn’t normally do this, I just really like you” and thought that he was the only dude she’d ever tossed off in the club. Hmmm. It was so funny when he was back at the apartment telling us how much in love they were, and how she’d tossed him off because she liked him so much. One of my mates was like “we ALL got tossed off you dick!” Poor guy was heartbroken.

-This same mate of mine waited outside the club for the girl to finish work and then walked her home. The really sad part is he kissed her on the lips, eeewww. Poor sap. He doesn’t really get much female attention and was clearly a bit overwhelmed by the whole thing. We later realised that the girl he’d been kissing was the same one that’d been sucking off my other mate (and who knows how many others that night).

-the other mate who’d fallen in love was told by the girl that she’d meet him outside after work, so he paid her for loads more dances and a tiny bit of action. Surprisingly though, when the club shut she was nowhere to be seen…

so yeah. The club was called Victoria’s if you’re interested, although I’d give it a miss if I were you. It was just so sad how much my mates fell for the whole “oh I wouldn’t normally do this, but you just seem so special” act the girls were pulling. I wouldn’t have thought anyone could be so naive, especially not my mates!

anyway, sorry Zraw, normal service can resume now…
