I don’t need the satisfaction of being “better than you” lol… I only compete with myself. It’s not a level playing field anyways.
I don’t want you to quit.
I DO however want you to be realistic… and judging by your physique, and the things you have said in this thread and others (E.G. I wear XL shirts), you in fact, ARE afraid of weighing very little.
I am trying to brace you for the truth. it’s an inevitability… you WILL weigh very little… trust me. I started at 225 at 5’9 and was in MUCH better shape and FAR stronger than you when I started with Shelby, 410 floor press/585 deadlift/495 squat. I was also on cycle when I was dieting. and I weighed 160 at the lowest during my prep
dieting is THE most discouraging part of bodybuilding IMO, and you are being na?????????????¯ve by disagreeing with me
but dieting down to single body fat percentage will put you in a FAR better place to grow optimally, and you will be FAR healthier and likely won’t be hypertensive when you cycle again.
I agree with you, but it might not be the best way support someone him at this stage. Sometimes being a bit delusional helps people keep doing the right things. He will have a tough time as it is.
I feel that those who aren’t braced for reality are most often the ones who get the most discouraged
and quit
you are a blunt guy walkway but you dont seem to have anything personal against marzo
its fairly evident you somewhat want whats best with him by the stuff you posted in his cycle thread
Maybe he does, but sometimes he comes across a little schizophrenic.

you mean I come off as someone who suffers from dissociative identity disorder?
Yes. At the the same time you were laughing at me in one thread and giving me advice in the other.
Honestly dude i don’t have a problem with you. You’ve been through this so your advice is welcomed.

Although I don’t agree with Walk’s method of delivery, his message is definitely spot on. I was about 190, and I knew I was fat, but I didn’t think I would have to drop more than 20lbs to have my abs popping out. I’m down to 168, and went from a 36 to 32.5" waist, and I still can’t see my abs. This is over a 4 month period too, so I know I’m not bleeding muscle.
It was a little disappointing and I would lie if I said I didn’t think “eff this sh!t”, but I’m staying the course
I’m watching this thread. It’s great!
