Marzouk Making you LEANER and then BIGGER

Zraw, i guess i’m keeping everything the same training wide and diet wise this week right?
Yes  We want to see how your body reacts to the loads and cals first and foremost and one week aint enough to evaluate anything

even still they do not appear accurate…

judging by your pics, your waist has a greater circumference than your chest
You can’t tell that from only those three pics. Also who gives a shit as long as he is measuring the exact same way every time. Aren’t you supposed to know that? Or did you just come to contaminate another thread with your bitchy attitude lol?
no bitchy attitude here, just trying to get marzouk to be real with himself… I did the whole diet thing myself…and allowed myself to slip in denial about certain things as well…

lol@ contaminate another thread… not even going to say anything

anyways, don’t you have a barbell to bounce off your chest or something?
Now thats a good insult, im copying that.

if you viewed his “training” log, you would know what im referring to ;)
You’re doing great man. Like dude above me said, it’s mental. Our bodies kind of suck, and you’ll probably lose a good deal of the fat on you arms, chest, back, etc BEFORE you lose it around our waist, so there’s going to be some points where you’re going to feel smaller yet fatter on your cut. Just know you’re in good hands with Zraw. He’s one of the smartest guys I know and has helped me tremendously with a lot, so don’t psyche yourself out. You’re like like 230+ aren’t you? Definitely not small lol.

Good luck with this, I’ve been following along but not sure if I’ve posted. lol

Yeah, it’s definitely all in your head man. I remember when I dropped from 225 to 200, I felt the same way initially, but that’s why you take weekly photos. You’ll definitely realize that you’re actually looking bigger than anything else.

marzouk will probably end up around 165 if he gets down to single digit bodyfat

Thanks for the reassurance guys! And thanks for dropping in Spidey!

Hopefully as i start getting into the lean territory i’ll start to look bigger.

As for you Walkway…

I have a feeling there is 2 things going on in ur head…

 1. You WANT me to be 165 for some self satisfaction that you are ‘bigger’ than me or have done ‘better’ than me.

 2. You want me to scare me into quitting as you think i have some fear or weighing very little. And again for some reason this will give you satisfaction that you are ‘better’ than me.

Either way i’m taking this to the end, no matter where i end up.

And i assure you that i will not be 165.

Peace.

I don’t need the satisfaction of being “better than you” lol… I only compete with myself. It’s not a level playing field anyways.

I don’t want you to quit.

I DO however want you to be realistic… and judging by your physique, and the things you have said in this thread and others (E.G. I wear XL shirts), you in fact, ARE afraid of weighing very little.

I am trying to brace you for the truth. it’s an inevitability… you WILL weigh very little… trust me. I started at 225 at 5’9 and was in MUCH better shape and FAR stronger than you when I started with Shelby, 410 floor press/585 deadlift/495 squat. I was also on cycle when I was dieting. and I weighed 160 at the lowest during my prep

dieting is THE most discouraging part of bodybuilding IMO, and you are being naïve by disagreeing with me

but dieting down to single body fat percentage will put you in a FAR better place to grow optimally, and you will be FAR healthier and likely won’t be hypertensive when you cycle again.

You think he will be that low in single digit bf? I would certainly say at stage weight, yeah definitely. Sub 10% I would guess would be 180-190 though. All speculation of course. We will have to see what really happens

Wouldn’t it also depend on how well he keeps his muscle mass during the cut?

I gotta agree with Walkway on this one. I would’ve said 175.
