So my skipload is 2 days away. Need a few pointers as what is the best way to go.

What i know.

I have 6 hours from when i wake.

Hi Gi carbs, low fat low protein. (how low fat) are we talking less than 5% fat?
Can i use 1 egg? I feel like pancakes (crepes) for breakfast and maybe French toast.
I also so Z prefers to start with simple sugars first then move on to Starches later on.

I’m going in the direction of kids Cereal, Haribo, big bowl of spaghetti later in the day, marshmallows, toast and jam, home made garlic bread, more sweets.

BTW i know its early but i gotsta do my shopping!!

Thanks guys!
Has Zraw not given you any guidelines whatsoever and explanation of what to do?
Yeah he has, i was just looking for food ideas mainly.

On an another note, i have now finished all 4 workouts and i actually really enjoyed them.

At first i thought they were pretty easy and i could handle more. But its surprising how having a set number of sets/reps pushes you to finish. Never worked out like this before.
But then i realised it is ‘leg day’ every fucking day. WHich is pretty awesome and now i can get every body part done twice a week.

Even more motivated now to keep this going for the long run!

Thanks Zraw!
Ah thats ok then.

I like to eat fruit (kiwi mainly) at the start of the day, move onto sour and fizzy sweets and then low fat potato chips

Looking forward to seeing your progress come Saturday!

Unfortunately here in Egypt there isn’t much of low fat anything.

In Zraw prep vids he is eating low fat doughnuts etc no chanceof that here, thats why i was asking about an egg for french toast/crepes etc. Covered in honey/syrup sugar etc.

Honestly the way i look hasnt changed much. But i see myself everyday so i won’t notice anyway.

The pics will tell the story, and its still very early days.

 1. If you think you will see a difference in 10 days your are fooling yourself… sorry. Not to piss on your cereals but you have a lot of fat to lose so noticing changes will take time

 2. In the video I go into different food macros so you can have an idea. As far as eggs are concerned well I wouldnt want you to use ONE egg PER french toast but one for many with a lot of syrup is ok

Ye i know what you mean, dont worry dude i know i’ve got a long way to go and changes are guna take a while.

Ye as for the french, il stretch the egg out for several pieces with a lot ff added sugar and syrup. Thanks!

Seen the video before but was good to watch it again, some good ideas here i’ll make sure i check the macros of the stuff i buy before i buy it.

Im guna kick the shit out of this diet and regime, not guna let you down mate!

Man Zraw watching that video makes me wanna throw up! I’m not much for sweets, I’m more of a fatty, salty foods guy when I eat freely. I don’t think I could do skiploading haha

I do love fat-free frozen yogurt, pretzels, and popcorn…those are usually my staples during carb refeeds!

Went to the beach today to my friends Villa, let me tell ya i was the only fucker there eating out of tupperware, drinking water and mixing fucking
protein shakes right there on the sand! And i felt pretty damn good about it as well.

Grocery shopping done. ready for the load the tomorrow.

Will take pics and measurements 2moro morning before the load and post everything with my weights on sunday, the morning after the load.

You can post weights/pics tomorrow morning

I prefer when a week starts with the load weight

thx

And GOOD JOB for today  I know the feel

OK Here we go.

Measurements: (cold am)

Calf: 18 1/2
Arm: 18 1/4
Waist: 41
Thigh: 29 1/2
Chest: 46

Weights:
Sun 1/5/2013: 254.3
2/5/2013: 250.1
3/5/2013: 249.7
4/5/2013:247.7
5/5/2013: 246.1
6/5/2013: 245
7/5/2013: 245.5
8/5/2013: 243.7
9/5/2013: 242.6
10/5/2013: 242.2
11/5/2013: 241.3 (morning of load)

This morning, pre load.

So the load is done, honestly i didn’t enjoy it as much as i thought/hoped i would. And i didn’t eat anywhere as near much as i thought i would of have either. But don’t get me wrong i put a fair amount of carbs away.

Actually looking forward to getting back to normal now and getting back on it this week!

what is the point of taking measurements at >25% bodyfat?

Just doing what i’m told, unless that is aimed at Zraw, which i guess it is.

even still they do not appear accurate…

judging by your pics, your waist has a greater circumference than your chest

You can’t tell that from only those three pics. Also who gives a shit as long as he is measuring the exact same way every time. Aren’t you supposed to know that? Or did you just come to contaminate another thread with your bitchy attitude lol?

^ c’mon man, lets keep this thread about Marz and let ZRAW answer the questions.
