The Ultimate Hulk VS Wolverine

So I guess the plot is more than “Hulk throws Wolverine into outer space. The End” then.

So far, he ripped Wolverine in half and threw his legs 4 miles away. The next issue, I assume, is when Wolverine finally crawls on his hands back to his legs and somehow heals himself.[/quote]

Didn’t he find his legs at the end of #2??? I don’t really remenber. That was like last spring.

SPOILER ALERT (if you aren’t up to date)

I’m still pissed off about Iron Man owning Cap in #3. That was ridiculous. There’s no way Stark’s winning a fight against the greatest tactical mind in all of the MU.

On a different note, I thought it was originally Marvel’s intention to make both sides seem legitimately “right”. But how can anyone still think Iron Man’s a hero when he enlists the aid of the Green Goblin? Come on!

A Green Goblin whose freedom to act has been compromised by nanotech, remember.

The plans to have CW affect the MU for years to come are falling into place. I believe there will be TWO Avengers series after CW; one run by IM and a “Secret Avengers” run by Cap.

And there are plotlines that need to be pursued: Damage Control amping up Nitro and other villains (call it job security), the Atlantean sleeper agents, deaths and betrayals (go Hank!) that should cause mistrust for a long time to come.

…and what will Thor do when he returns and finds a synthetic version of himself controlled by Reed?

…and is anyone curious about what happens when Hulk returns to Earth?

There has been some sloppiness: for instance, Punisher’s introduction/interaction with the group is different depending on whether you read Spiderman or other books. DC handled Infinite Crisis with far more attention to detail. But CW is turning out to be a status quo-altering series, and I respect Marvel for trying to shake things up.

They are going to be making a series about this (actually the next big series for Marvel) It’s going to be called World War Hulk. Hulk and his newly acquired army will be returning to earth, pissed and ready for revenge.

I read a Hulk and wolverine endings last spring it was pretty interesting. Anybody else read those?
