Wait…so why use a two year old picture as an avatar if you are growing so much?

This isn’t about whether you “managed” to train. This is about whether you can get to a well above average level of muscle mass (for the serious gym goer) while also reaching other career goals. If that is you in your avatar, you are not carrying that much muscle, at least not enough to be taking shots at the work I’ve done or the muscle I’ve gained. DEFINITELY not enough to claim I wasted my time or that it was “inefficient”. To be inefficient, there would have to be tons of people out here bigger than me who did it in less time while accomplishing similar goals.

No cares if you think bulking up is pointless. I doubt anyone but some you like this on the internet would see someone my size and think “he did it wrong”. You only see this insanity on forums like this…usually coming from guys way smaller than the one they are trying to criticize.
I’m 22 in my avatar and how old are you lol? Maybe I’ll turn the videos back on and watch you not even know how to lift. Did you manage to do a lot? Your rope curls were embarrassing and hard to watch frankly. But I’m not claiming to be huge, I have no plans to compete but I like having 18 inch arms and a 33 inch waist…I hope one day you can have that too. All this while obtaining career goals, wow I deserve an award. And like I said I will stay tuned to see what you weigh when you diet down to martins bf percentage!! Let’s see how many extra pounds of actual muscle you will have gained by getting fat.
At 22 my arms were bigger than that. I also doubt your “18” arms".

You seem stuck on the videos of me from CO…where everything we did was a different variation than how I normally train. That’s cute.

Let me know when anyone cares enough to watch you train at all.
They were bigger because you were probably fat and sloppy. Your video in CO showed a lot and that is why a lot of people commented on it…A different variation of how you train? Have you ever curled before? Have you ever controlled a weight while you did it? On all the back exercises it was too heavy but your ego did not allow you to lower the weight and instead you did horrible reps. You are in your 30’s and still trying to figure out how to get lean. And yes who wouldn’t want to see you lift? It was like watching a car crash. Ct doing perfect reps while you couldn’t control a single weight.

Posting pictures of myself on the internet isn’t really top on my priorities list. In that picture my arm was not 18in but I was also 22 with 2 years lifting under my belt, how many years are you at? I said that they are 18 inches now.

Get over it, dude. It doesn’t matter if people talked about my videos. It doesn’t matter what you think about the videos.

Anyone with two brain cells can see the muscle I’ve built. Keep thinking that happened by accident.

Once again, why use a two year old pic of yourself as an avatar if your method works so well?

My avatar is of how I looked within the last 2 weeks.

Then count your time as ‘INEFFICIENT’…because mine were well over 18" within the first 2 years of training seriously (may have been a little over two…after starting with 15" arms).

These were 18" arms…and oh yes, I was clearly obese.

LOL

So at what weight will you truly be lean? 200lbs? 4 more than martin?

If that was you at 22 then what have you been doing since? You may have honestly gone backwards. You sure gained a ton of fat since then.

I can see this is a waste of time. Post CURRENT PICTURES of yourself to back up the massive amount of shit being talked.

Than like I said, your opinion doesn’t mean much.

Just a heads up though before I quit wasting my time here, but I mentioned how much I weighed in CO and CT mentioned it in the vids. He also mentioned about how much he thinks I could weigh ion contest shape.

I will take CT’s word over yours if you don’t mind.

I will have to figure out how I shriveled up so much in only 3 weeks.

LOL

Waiting on those pictures of you RIGHT NOW.

You know…if someone is going to spend this much time ripping apart my development, you would think they would have noticed the literal hundreds of pictures that have been posted on the site showing my progress over the last half year.

You don’t seem to have a grasp on much…and yes, being able to tell how much I weigh is important for someone trying this hard to compare my development to someone else.

It’s not ripping apart your development, it’s your attitude (I believe CT had this talk with you, no?). There are many ways to do things, I believe you know very little about IF. Check out Dat’s site for some intelligent discussion on it, maybe you’ll learn something. Maybe even humility? You are pretty immature and I believe that’s why an entire thread was created just to discuss that. Call it hate or whatever you like but there are usually reasons for things. You tell me to take a look at a picture of your back and guess your weight. I showed you Martin from the front and yet you have me look at your back? Explain that.

My attitude? You’ve done nothing but insult me here. You’ve done nothing but call out others and act like they are clueless. Why is it guys like you don’t seem to be able to see THEIR OWN attitude?

Yours sucks by the way.

I have no doubt I have things to work on as far as character…but what I am noticing…is how hard it is for many of you acting like this to say the same thing.

Self righteousness…it isn’t a good look.

You are the one that was criticizing Martin and his IF protocol all while knowing very little about it. I simply came in to defend it and it wound up in a back and forth argument. I did not come into the forum intending to insult you but apparently it turned into that. There are plenty of ways to diet, I think IF is interesting and efficient. You are very close minded, not everything is about bulking and having blood glucose levels be sky high all day and become completely insulin resistant.

?

Still waiting on those pictures of your “now bigger” arms.

I spend most of my time in the bodybuilding forum. My advice is for people with goals of getting really big. It is NOT for people who seem to have the goals of some of the pics I saw on that site like the one I posted.

You jumped into a discussion between people who already got big and have dieted and decided you would show us how wrong we are.

We aren’t wrong. Most of the guys you will ever see my size or bigger got that way by bulking up at least once in their training lives. That is a simple fact of reality.

You have shown over and over that your perception is tad off…especially if you see someone with “60 lbs to lose” in that avatar.

You are showing YOU have much to learn.

Maybe you should listen to other people more often…instead of assuming you already have it all figured out.

I said judging from the videos you needed to lose it, I paid no attention to your avatar as it didn’t show up initially. You are criticizing what those people went to Martin and ASKED FOR? They asked to be lean, to have ABS, and that is what he did for them. You know nothing of his methods, how many of the articles and studies have you read? I mean at one point was this site pushing a “pulse feast”…oh no, kinda similar. And stop generalizing, I know plenty of people as big or bigger than you that never needed to get as fat as you did. Gaining weight and gaining a bunch of excess fat are two completely different things. Of course I have much to learn, I hope to learn for the rest of my life. But what I do know is that my knowledge far surpasses yours. Keep taking a $500 indigo product which simply aims to do some of the things that fasting can do.

LOL. This thread is out of hand…

As pointed out earlier, Martins fees are simply a result of demand. If one wants to get really lean using the principles of IF one can either

 1. Spend the time understanding IF by reading all the information that Martin has put out on his site for free and put it into practice, all the while getting to know your body better and gaining confidence in your ability to manipulate it. This takes time.

 2. Spend a good chunk of money for Martin to spoon feed it all too you and probably get real lean a lot faster than you would on your own.

Most of us here would probably choose option 1.

There are others here who would also spend $400 a month for a supplement that essentially does the same thing that you can do for free using intermittent fasting. Marketing is marketing and no one does it better than Biotest. There’s no shame is what Martin or Biotest do. They are offering a solution that saves people time and time is money.
