You can perform Fly and other DB movements with the sling shot.
I’m somewhat intrigued, this looks like something that could be useful for training around a hurting pec.

Its simple and interesting.
I would suspect it would be useful in the same way band work is useful, and easier for the average guy to set up in a gay ass commercial gym.
