Anybody know anything about this? All I know is, he’s been advertising it for a while on his facebook, and it’s suppose to add 30 lbs. to your bench. Ive been hearing there’s some leaked videos on the internet, but I think its a load of bull.

While I think great claims require great evidence, I am so desperate for 30 pounds on my bench all you need to do is tell me where to sign up!

You can see video of him using it if you follow his training log. He’ll have a both at the Arnold, and he’ll be selling it there.
If you miss your benches at lockout, this thing will help your bench a lot.
EDIT: It’s meant to be used as a training tool, not something to wear during competition.
Talked to Mark a few days ago, I should have my hands on one soon. Hopefully it helps us lowly cripples!

Most people are getting at least 10% on top of their raw bench while wearing it. A lot of people can hit their raw max for a double. I get about 75 lbs out of it, but I think that has a lot to do with the way I bench raw.
So is it basically a very light bench shirt?
