By the way, I don’t do bottom half partials with a bench shirt and a spotter deadlifting it behind me, but I guarantee you I can do about 400 pds more than my actual max, if I did. I could probably decieve a lot of people that didn’t know the bottom half mechanics of a shirt into thinking I was a lot stronger than I actually am. My lifting partner deadlifts 650 so I could probably do a lot more with him having both hands on the bar doing rack pulls behind me like your spotter was. Not to mention, throw in a shirt which takes most of the bottom half strength out of the lift and just do bottom half partials using the rebound of the shirt. I don’t know, I might suprise you, but mentally I just can’t compete with a genius!
