Disagree. In high school wrestling we’d get nicely stoned before a long run day. You get some tunes going and just zone out. You can run forever.

Unfortunately for me, by the time I was even semi-serious about weights pot became an even bigger no-no than it was worth. 12 more years until I get my blue I.D, though! I’ll be looking some of you up.

Okay I just lifted weed high as a kite. Couldn’t squat 135 once. Wait… I meant lifting weights.

In the mid 80s a buddy and I would eat caffein pills and smoke a joint on the way to the gym. They were some of our best workouts( I think). We seemed to have more focus. Wouldn’t do it now. Have not partook in 24 yrs.

first time i smoked i ran laps around my house and i just seemed to never get out of breath, then my firends made me come inside cuz they were worried… lol

It probably hurts over time, as all smoking does. Vaporize, ingest, etc.

who ever mention incredible pumps is right i was stacking wood today and my lower back was just pumping with blood it was odd

When you lift blazed, it’s not actually making any sort of a better pump than you would get straight… Your mind just slows down it’s perspecive… Depending on the amount of mental “strain” it will speed your mind up (like a speed) or slow it way down (happy pill style)… When your mind is “slowed down” you tend to notice every little detail of life frame by frame, so you would “notice” the pump more indepthly than you would normally, when you would tend to just notice the outward pain of the pump and not pick up every little detail of it. Works when you are “racing” as well, just in a different way.

My only point being, it doesnt actually enhance your strength or pump… You just “notice” it all the way, thus focusing on it more, without even meaning to… This means you CAN possibly get a better workout BECAUSE you are that much more focused… But it also means you could just getting another everyday pump, but are paying deeper attention to it without realizing it lol.

That is true… But it is an extremely mild vasodilator… Nothing like N.O… But that would be the cause of the blood shot eyes… And I supposed that WOULD cause for SOME increase of a pump, so good point there. Forgot all about that.
