Marijuana and dieting...

diesel23, i dunno, oddly enough i remember being stuck at a plateau on some lifts on more then one occasion, then coming to the gym when the night previously i had smoked pot, and i just lifted a hell of alot more then usual and that stuck with me, like this one time i remember… i was like doind db rows and i think i was using 30lb dbs and i just couldnt get anymore and i was stuck on it for like a month or two and the night after i smoked some bud when i went to the gym i was doing 40s with little effort… so who knows… I wasnt trying to say pot was a supplement or anything, just that any damage from moderate smoking (once or twice a week) is negligble
