Gee guys, help me pwueeze. And don’t say "stop dring’ cause that ain’t an option.
How do I avoid the beer belly, hang overs, liver damage and low “T” levels if I drink 2 six packs of beer every night along with a fifth of Captain Morgan.
And NO, I do NOT have a problem. I just like to relax after a day of hard work.
PS. It doesn’t impact on my ability to work out since I don’t desire to work out anymore anyway.

I think you guys are too focussed on trash talking. There is a big difference being a cigarette smoker and a weed user.
A casual bowl of weed after a long day of working out and studying can be great stress relief. THC, the active component of marijuana is a very potent neuro-antioxidant meaning it scavenges free radicals in the brain. Weed benefits those with glaucoma, high blood pressure, and asthma.
I honestly believe that if I quit smoking weed, my progress would be the same. There’s a big difference in smoking a pack of cigarettes a day than ONE TINY BOWL of mary jane in a water bong (which filters most of the tar out anyways).
If I smoke weed everyday, so what??? Are you saying I can’t have a physique and smoke? Because you’re wrong! (If I had a digital camera I’d take a picture to prove it).

HA! LMFAO! That has got to be the funniest damn thing I’ve read in a while. So THC is an antioxidant, huh? How convenient: the active ingredient is also an antioxidant, thus scavenging all of the free radicals and carcinogens created by smoking the spliff. Sort of like a self-cleaning system! Doubt it.
I have no problem doing bong loads after a workout, but comparing it to a vitamin is wrong. Unless of course you’re taking THC pills, Drabinol I think it’s called??
I appreciate your posts. Thanks for the input. I figured a there would be a few preachers in our midst, but it wasnt too bad. I guess in the end, it still comes down to willpower. Its no coincidence that I got into my best shape ever in my early 20’s when I stopped smoking for over a year. Im planning on taking an extended break once I complete my masters in march. Its difficult to stop now because of the nightly ritual of sparking up with my buddies at school during breaks. Also,when the ex stops by a couple times a week for a booty call…herb+sex=nasty munchies…
Just make sure that you don’t buy shit when you go food shopping. If you get the munchies and there’s nothing around but chicken, cottagecheese, eggs, oatmeal, and protein powder, you’re alot less likely to _uck up.

according to commericials (which i tend to think are bullshit anyways) 1 marijuana “joint” = 4 cigs in the carcinogenic like… well, joint sizes vary first off and so do cigs… and second, i dont know about you - but if you regulary smoke 1 joint on your own 20x times a day - then yes you’re 4x more likely to get cancer then the average smoker IF it really is true…

I smoke right before bed… it helps me sleep & i only need 2 puffs to get me calm. Im alseep before the munchies hit, I dont have nightmares that I regularly have when im sober, i can actually make it through a full night of sleep peacefully, I dont wake up multiple times, i dont take 4 hours to fall asleep. I dont know about you, but thats a trillion times better than smoking a pack of cigs a day & swallowing a bunch of phsyically addicting sleeping pills chased with a non diet soda.

I used to smoke before training. I would get the best training sessions! My concentration was through the roof. I don’t care what anybody says, used properly, pot helps. My best days were stoned.
