I don’t have “beef” with hallowed, I posted because instead of giving this dude tips, everybody was shitting all over him when he didn’t even say anything offensive. After you shit all over him, he didn’t even try to stand up for himself, and people kept on going. Ironically the person who gave him the best advice and talked the least shit was Professor X. Then Hallowed makes an unnecessary comment and all the dingleberrys (kaisermetal especially) desperate for female attention pile on.

I started DL a while ago and went from 300lbs to 550 current! over a space of a few months…It seemed every time I trained I could add another 40lbs to the bar…My bench is now up to 250.
For some reason I really struggle with any kind of upper body pressing movements.
150? so like 70kg at 5’10 what are your other lifts? I don’t think you can judge just knowing one lift because so people are built to excel at one faster than the others.
