Malt Liquor

Does anybody know if they still sell malt liquor in 12 oz units? I’ve only seen forties. Thanks in advance.

LOL… how old are you?

I’ve seen them in 40’s, 22’s, and 16 oz cans.

Mickey’s

I just turned 21, but I’ve never seen anything smaller than a 40. I just saw an ad on youtube where Billy Dee Williams is drinking a can of Colt 45, and I thought “Damn, I gotta get me some of that.”

If you’re drinking malt liquor, why would you want anything less than a 40?

If all else fails, you can pour it in to a glass too.

Around my way Mickey’s comes in 40s and 12oz mason jar lookin’ things.

real gangstas drink their malt liquor in 40’s!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of 40’s. I’ve just never really seen anything else. I thought that a case of malt liquor cans would make an interesting weekend novelty. Also, given that I’m incredibly white, I probably couldn’t be a real gangsta anyway.

Lando’s getting paid to drink that shit, malt liquor doesn’t taste good. Since you just turned 21 let me suggest a beginner beer, like bud light.

Have your fun while you can. When you get a little older the malt liquor hang overs are a little more than I can bear. Imagine your head feeling like a cinder block. If you want a strong beer with some class, try Duvel. It’s a Belgian golden ale, it comes in 25 oz and 11.5 oz bottles. And it’s bottle conditioned, so it has thin layer of yeast on the bottom. Plus it’s 8.5% alchohol. There are stronger ones out there, but this should be pretty easy to find. Cheers

another great option is Sparks. It’s the cans that look like big batteries. Flavored malt beverage + energy drink. They’re great when you’re on vacation in a place like Vegas and don’t want to waste a minute of it on sleep. A word of caution though, they may be responsible for my showing my ass to the majority of las vegas and doing some pretty horrible things to road cones, and to others with road cones. I take no responsibility for your actions if you listen to me, in fact, I generally recommend people do the opposite of what I recommend, just for safety’s sake.

I appreciate the advice, but I’ve had malt liquor before. I actually don’t mind it too much, and it’s cheap/fucks you up nicely. Bud Light was a good beginner beer though.

That sounds interesting, thank you.

Sparks is great. I like how they’re cheaper than beer or redbull, but basically combine the best of both worlds.

If you try Duvel let me know what you think. It’s a little more spendy but at least you can have some dignity when you drink it.

Rocket Fuel…DAMN!!!

I concur.

I’ve seen 40’s at 7-11 for $1.29. I can’t imagine how cheap a 12 oz would be.
