OMG—they still make Mickey’s big mouths in the little green bottles???..holy college days memory…

You can buy Schlitz in 6 pack, 12 pack, and cases of 12 ounce cans.

Mickey’s also comes in 12 ounce cans, but I havent seen that in anything other than 6 packs.

Basically, yes. But, if a malt beverage has more than 5% alcohol by volume it cannot be called “beer” under U.S. labeling standards.

It must be called an ale, stout, malte beverage, or malt liquor.

Steel Reserve fucks you up

LOL… how old are you?

I’ve seen them in 40’s, 22’s, and 16 oz cans.

I just turned 21, but I’ve never seen anything smaller than a 40. I just saw an ad on youtube where Billy Dee Williams is drinking a can of Colt 45, and I thought “Damn, I gotta get me some of that.”
HAHAHA, COLT 45!?!?! AHAHAHA
We used to drink that shit when were like 15 because we had hardly any money.
In my city alot of people call it Ghetto Juice.
Fuck that crap is sooooo nasty.

Here’s a funny article rating the different brands of malt liquor. Oddly enough, they said Mickey’s tasted the best, but it didn’t come out on top:

Have your fun while you can. When you get a little older the malt liquor hang overs are a little more than I can bear. Imagine your head feeling like a cinder block. If you want a strong beer with some class, try Duvel. It’s a Belgian golden ale, it comes in 25 oz and 11.5 oz bottles. And it’s bottle conditioned, so it has thin layer of yeast on the bottom. Plus it’s 8.5% alchohol. There are stronger ones out there, but this should be pretty easy to find. Cheers
I love Duvel (seriously, if you like beer, you owe it to yourself to try it), but I am sitting here chuckling a bit imagining someone going from some nasty malt liquor to a beer of that caliber. Their head might implode.

Hate when Mickeys is refferd to as a malt liquor. Its no different then drinking your average beer, except for the way its brewed. Its about 5.6% or somewhere around there.

Everyone I know who drinks it act like it gets them sooo fucked up.

St. Ides is where its at. Also have had St. Ides in a 6 pk of pounders. And 12pks of Steel Reserve. Had some when I was in North Carolina, and hoping to find some around where I live.

Mickey’s is the way.
