Hey there, I live in Australia and I’ve been looking around alot of places but noone seems to sell any foam rollers. I was keen to try using one, does anyone know if there is any way to make your own one?
or would the quality just diminish and i’m better off getting it from overseas?

but then tape it up with some sort of tape that will give you/the floor some grip.
can’t you just order one on the internetz?
the pvc/tape will be cheaper though. you just gotta use it enough to get past the pain. pvc is really hard.
yea maybe even get a 2 or 3 inch pipe and buy some 1/4 inch pipe insulation or whatnot and wrap it with that instead of tape
