I never found the calculator but my calculations have me deadlifting 425 wednesday anyways, weighing 175 it should probably be a bit lighter but whatever I’m not gonna win anyways so I’ll just see how it goes!

175 would put you at 418 so not too far off anyway.

Well I sort of bombed on your dead lift challenge. I really hope that doesn’t screw anything up for you. I did squats on Tuesday; must have overdone it, cuz my legs were still so sore today I wasn’t walkin right. Kept expecting it to go away, but didn’t happen fast enough. Got three gross looking reps of 440, not worthy of a result for you imo. Sorry again, shoulda taken it a bit more seriously than that… Gonna slink away now…

Just saw this thread. Only 3 and a half hours left and I just finished a session which has left my back fried, but I’d kind of like to give it a shot. Weighed 154lbs this morning. What’s the weight for a 154lber? And what was the decision on straps?
