Maintaining during a 10-week schedule change

If you are short on time maybe think about just working up to a single heavy amrap set for each of the 4 main lifts. You could easily get this done at work and it will be enough to maintain most of your strength.

Then challenge yourself with daily tabata front squats or thrusters. Only takes 4 mins a day, but if you did it every day, you will transform. I know @T3hPwnisher also likes Armor Building Complexes and if you did these daily again it is little time for big reward.
