I’m struggling with some lower back issues, through dead lifts, squats, sitting in this fucking office chair all day, who knows!
anyway, I live in the UK and was hoping someone could give me an idea of how I can get hold of the ‘Magnificent mobility dvd’ by Cressey and Robertson.
Any other advice is welcome

I thought there might be an issue with region of the DVD? Also thought it might be cheaper if it didn’t have to be sent from America.
how do you rate the it and what made you get it in the first place?

Most UK DVD players are or can be converted to multi-region so it’s not that big a deal if it’s Region 1.
