I experimented with chad waterbury’s suggestion while on mag-10 twice per day. Trained the whole body 4x week.
Started at 197 and two weeks later finished at 204!!!
I highly suggest that anyone looking to gain quick size and strenth try chad waterburys 4xweek fullbody split plus mag 10 2xday. I can’t believe how big my biceps feel and I never train them!
I’ve used mag10 before however this was by far the best gains I’ve had yet!
I don’t think these 2 weigh-ins are an accurate measure of your success. Bodyweight fluctuates by a few pounds over the course of hours due to hydration.
You are the man, Mr. Waterbury. Will it be up by this coming friday, Dec. 12? I start my cycle that monday because I am off of school and can actually get some sleep and some good training. Thanks for the reply, and I cant wait to read the article.
On a side note, are there any other routines of yours (or anyone elses) that you would recommend for a productive hypertrophy based mag-10 cycle? I love the growth surge project, but will not have the oppurtunity to lift twice a day this time around. Thank you again.
I also designed my own program based on CW’s 4x week whole body routine and love the results. Not only is it great for “bodybuilding”, but as a firefighter and recreational athlete it really contributes to assisting me in these areas. I can’t wait to read Chad’s article so I can tweak my program even more.
