Dear Bill whats the deal with 42 days at the end of growth surge 3 .2 weeks of growth surge 2 and 2 weeks of stage 3 makes it a total of 28 days!Am i missing something here? Plus a word of advice on supplementation to be taken on rest days during the growth surge cycles?
Someone else asked this the other day and the answer is the same. The program has 3 phases: You’re not counting phase one. 6 week program = 42 days. And what’s your question on supplements exactly? The articles tell you what to use.
