I wanted this to be separate from the support group thread because I didn’t see much on the subject. I want to try MAG10, but my goal is to get ripped to shreds. I know, it’s the diet, but Chris or one of the other experts, can you come up with a MAG10 for fat loss Plan?

Read “Steroid Dieting” by Cy Willson in issue 189. Its a great article and gives a complete diet to drop fat pretty quickly.
if you just want a ready made diet, then fat fast or T-dawg would be fine. Follow the general outline of Brock’s training (chest & Bis, Back & Tris, Legs and Shoulders) with about 15-30 minutes of aerobics afterwards or on off days. Replace androsol with mag-10 and there you go. Hope that helps. Or, post your current plan and I’m sure people will help tailor it to your needs.
