I am trying to loose fat while gaining muscle.
I have a bottle of mag 10 in the fridge which has been sitting there for a year.
Would mag10 be any good for this or would it be a waste as I’d be eating low carbs and doing lots of cardio?

I would stick with the Mag-10 Plan for success ( Growth Surge Project II / Massive Eating) You will regret spending the money and not using Mag-10 for it’s intended purpose MASS and STRENGTH.
I put on 12 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks using a double dose and the pumps are INSANE!

I am planning on using Mag 10 II while losing fat (T DAWG). I obviously will expect that the LBM gains will be less than if I was bulking but I all hoping for is a few new lbs. of LBM and a few less lbs. of BF. Its the same as when doing the “real thing” it wont work as well for muscle gain if your restricting calories.
Focus on as much mass as possible. Don’t worry about fat loss. In the recovery post Mag-10 period if you do it right you’ll drop that extra fat easy without even trying. I used to be like you but then finally listened to the T-Mag gurus here and focused on one at a time. I just finished a bulk and gained 11 lbs on OVT with creatine and ZMA alone. The 2 weeks after I was done the 3-4 lbs of mass that was fat dropped with little effort. I ended up with the same or slightly lower BF (looking in the mirror) and 7-8 lbs heavier and a lot stronger. More mass means you will drop the fat more easily anyway. If you do this in cycles you’ll gained muscle and loose fat a lot faster than if you try to do them at the same time.
