im gonna start my first cycle next week. what ive gathered is eat alot and train hard, any additional info and also should i do single dose daily or double im 210lbs

Go with a single dose and if that does not please you, bump it up to 1.5 doses. If you eat right, expect to gain up to 1 lb of LBM a day during the cycle.

I’m on my third MAG-10 cycle now. I suggest one serving a day, unless you don’t care about the cost. Use two servings the first day, as the instructions suggest, and one thereafter. Tech support at Biotest and the staff at T-mag will tell you that taking MAG-10 twice a day may give you more gains, but it may not be a whole lot more. If money is an issue, you’d be much better off doing one bottle each cycle and spending the money you save on Myostat. If you’re going to do the MAG-10 cycles and do all the training and eating, you may as well add Myostat to optimize your gains. Also, it’s a good idea to put a small dish underneath the bottle and ladle when you pour it, in case any spills.

yo, mag 10 is fuckin’ nasty tasting shit. but for the cycle, eat big and train hard as fuck and the mass will come sooner than you think, you will gain a little fat, but you will shred the fat in the recovery cycle. I took the double dose of mag 10 every day for two weeks and right now I am in the 2 week cycle of the tribex 500 and estrogen blocker M. I also am cycling myostat. Ive been cycling for almost 8 weeks and i have gained 21-fuckin’-pounds, holy shit, and its legal!

The taste is strong, but you don’t have to hold it under your tongue. Just add your dose to a little cup of water and drink. Tastes like pepperment. I use an oral syringe to draw it out. No spills and accurate. Just poke it through the safety seal or buy a syringe with a bottle stopper.

I too am starting my first cycle of Mag-10. I am the skeptic of all skeptic’s, however, I put more faith in Biotest than the other guys. I am going to do a 4 week cycle with Tribex and M for the following 4 weeks. I plan to train use Joel Marion’s “Bulking Program” with a bit of volume added to it. Jason, your comment about gaining a pound a day really has me pumped. I plan to eat a 800-1000 calorie surplus from extremely clean foods. Taste really isn’t relevant to me. I am contemplating adding one sprint session a week to keep fat gain minimal. Any suggestions on this idea? Train Smart.
