Hey guys, I was just wondering if the Mag 10 is really worth all the money. Im seriously thinking about giving it a try. Ive been training for 3 years. Im 20 years old, 6’4" and 200 lbs… as you can tell I need some more mass. Is Mag 10 gonna do this for me? If so how should I use it? What do I use with it? Or should I go a different route?
Do a search for “MAG-10 Support Group”. The reports on MAG-10 have been very positive, just remember you have to eat right and train right with any supplement for it to work well. MAG-10 is probably the closest thing you can take to compare to “real” steroids.

i am 6’ tall and was 180lbs @ 5.8%bf. after a two week (two dose per day) mag10 cycle, two-a-day workouts (5 days a week), proper nutrition and the 2 week recovery period i am now 197lbs @ 6.9%bf. i peaked at 202lbs and purged 5lbs of water one night. i have held onto this mass now for three additional weeks. that’s 14 lbs of lean mass bro! i would say the shit definitely works! i can’t wait for the next cycle. kevo

I am 6’1 200 lbs when i started the Mag-10 plan 5 weeks ago. I am currently 220 lbs. A little extra fat was put on my growth weeks because i ate everything (plus a lot of ice cream). But muscle and strenght wise are great improvements. I give it an A+
Yes, but I recommend that you take a bottle a week. I just came off my two week cycle of mag 10 today (04/29/02). Trust me it works. I will tell you I gain about 15-17 lbs. One thing that is very important EAT BIG. Take in any where from 3500-4000 kals a day. Spead the out, I eat about 7-8 500 kal meal a day. Eat clean though, don’t eat shit all day keep your carbs high but make sure your not eating white starches. Eat 9 grain breads, whole wheat pasta and lots of protien. I made sure that I had protien bars w/ me were ever I went. I wish you the best of luck but w/ mag 10 you don’t need luck it will work. The worst gains that I have herd of thus far is “only” 10 lbs in two weeks.
