MAG-10 Question/Help

I am about to purchase my first can of MAG-10 to give it a try. I know that the directions say to take a serving one hour post training. I currently take a serving of Surge Recovery and a scoop of whey 15 minutes after workout and then have my solid meal one hour later.

I know I read info on this somewhere on here but can’t seem to find it again. With adding the MAG-10 one hour post training, what do I do with the solid meal that I usually eat? Is there a time frame after taking the MAG-10 for that meal?

Eat the solid meal about 30 minutes after the MAG-10. So Post workout would be like this

Surge/whey ( I don’t know why you’re adding whey )
1 hour later MAG-10
30 later foods

Thanks! I’ve added the whey as per a recommendation from Christian Thibaudeau. Just curious where you found the info for your response so I can read some more about it…?

MAG-10’s label says use it 1 hour post lifting, which for most is right when they down a post workout so 1 hour after the post workout would work.

For the 30 minutes before eating, Its just how Ive been doing it based on frequent conversations with people that pulse MAG-10 and some recommendations from Shugart.

If weightloss is priority, can’t one just drop the Surge and take the MAG10 immediately postWO?!

You could to reduce calories, however peri workout ( even Surge ) isn’t the same as drinking a whey shake or eating solid food.

Proper peri nutrition can increase fatloss AND stimulate protein synthesis for muscle growth.

The 3rd law of muscle building gets into this.
