Can someone tell me what Anaconda and MAG-10 do im a dumbasss and cant understand the articles and also whats in them?

ok at this point i really believe you are in fact an idiot, so ill explain…

MAG-10 is hydrolyzed casein. its the fastest absorbing protein there is. Biotest added stuff like leucine and citrulline malate to make it even better.

ANACONDA is MAG-10 with more things added in (creatine, and hydration/workout-performance enahncers[no not roids])

when you drink hydrolyzed casein VERY VERY LITTLE digestion occurs bc the casein is broken down so much that it pretty much goes straight into the blood stream causing a huge spike in amino acid levels (when ingested on an empty stomach) which is supposed to increase anabolism…

so… basically the MAG-10 Pulse Fast protocol is supposed to help one lose fat or build muscle by increasing insulin sensitivity the days following the fast

Did the pulse fast yesterday, today had noticeably more definition in my shoulders and zero bloat. weight loss of 3.5 pounds.

Was noticeably leaner in the midsection (and I didn’t wake up thinking “I’m gonna be leaner” I woke up, forgot about the fast, looked down, and my abs were definitely popping more).

Had a lower body pressing day on HP Mass the day after fast. Squats, deadlifts, and OH press were all much stronger than the previous days of the week. I even did the fast with just Power Drive and a hydrolyzed whey. Now I have some CH coming in the mail tomorrow, so it will be more like the real pulse fast lol

Well I always figured 1 scoop of MAG-10 has 10g CH. When I used my hydrolyzed whey, I used I think 90g of protein from it spread throughout 10 pulses. I also added 1.5 scoops of Leucine to each bottle.

I plan on doing 10g of CH for each pulse and doing 8 pulses for the day. And will probably still add the 1.5 scoops of Leucine to each bottle

ok i see then… FWIW when i was running low on mag10 i would use half a scoop of mag10 or 10 grams of normal CH and add 5 grams BCAA’s (didnt have any leucine) doing that 6 times a day and i would always end up in keto the following morning…

Okay, so random thought: from what I understand part of the bio-mechanism that controls your bowel release is insulin (i.e. it was explained to me than part of the reason you need to poop after you eat is because the insulin or something serves as a signaler to your bowels to move stuff along)

So, say someone is insulin resistant, it follows that their bm patterns are a bit off- timing wise, frequency, etc. This pulse fast is, to me, like hitting a “reset” button on insulin- sensitizing your body to it and thus enhancing insulins effects in all areas of your body.

What I’m trying to say is I’ve been pooping like a monster since I did the fast.

I’ve been doing it with a lot less than the recommended amount because of A)money and B) Wanting to see if it will work. I’ve also been using a custom mix from another site, so I know that’s I’m not doing the “MAG-10” pulse fast. Seems to work for me though.

i went anywhere from 5-7 and never noticed a difference

one pulse would be 20 grams total… i was low on MAG-10 so i owuld use a combo of MAG-10, basic CH, and BCAA’s depending on what i had

i never tried it on a training day. only off days… 35-40 lbs in 9 weeks? that’s a little over 3 lbs a week. the pulse fast should help with fat loss but dont expect it to do all that by itself

very good…lol I can do it no doubt,but looking for maybe a new way. most I ever lost was 42lbs in like 9 weeks…30 lbs in 28 days and 12lbs in 1 day,so it can be done,the ? is ,how much will ya have left,I never really did it with only,or high protein,I shattered the low carb nonsense myth by eating over 500grams of any carbs I want and lost 42 lbs…

plus when you make weight for a fight,ya dont have to ‘make’ weight ya get like 10lbs close then ya can dry out as we call it and lose 5-10lbs doing nothing…

Well yeah, you can lose weight eating nothing but candy as long as you’re in a calorie deficit. The key is losing fat, not muscle, which you will if you’re eating nothing but carbs

Has anyone tried to sweeten their bottles with anything other than the intensified flavoring? I’m currently using the orange flavor which was rough taking down when mixed with the Power Drive and MAG-10 for bottle one, but it is a bear taking down just the flavoring and the MAG-10. I read that the MAG-10 has to flavor so I’m going to assume it is the flavoring that makes everything smell and taste so powerful. The orange flavor has 5 calories and 5mg of sodium, would I be alright if I found something similar? Xylitol?
