I only have grape flavoring, and was somewhat hesitant to taste the Power Drive and grape mixture.
After my first sip, I have to say the mixture is amazing.
Am I alone on this?
Damn, now you got me thinking about the grape flavouring after Robilyn managed to convince me not to try it. Oh well, will have to wait for the next pulse - today it’s orange (again!).

how are results going? better? worse?
I’m doing my third pulse in 7 days (last Thursday, Sunday and today) before I switch to doing it once every two weeks. It seems more difficult, I guess I should have increased calories even more on non-pulsing days. Visually (sadly, still no good scale available), the results I’m getting seem to be at least as good as the previous couple of times, but I won’t know for sure until friday morning - I’m usually the leanest two days after the pulse.
I did my first one 3 days ago. So far so good! After the first shake, I was HUNGRY, but after the 2nd it got OK until around 6PM, then fine again around 8PM. I couldn’t really train though, and while my mind was focused, I was visibly not expanding energy, and I don’t think it would work for people with active jobs. I slept VERY well, no issues at all, and was not that hungry either the next day. Simply amazing.
I’m doing another tomorrow. I planned to do Monday/Friday/Wednesday. 3 times every 2 weeks as I’m in a dieting phase. I’ll see if the second is easier or harder since I’m already eating below maintenance. So far, it’s as good as advertised. 3 days later, I’ve only lost some fat, muscles even look bigger.
I would have never thought of doing this on my own. I wonder how the guys stumbled on that idea!
I’m in a fat loss mode so it might just speed it up that much more. I lose fat easily enough, and can be very disciplined during a diet phase, BUT, nowadays, when I eat “normal”, I gain fat, I don’t simply remain the same anymore. So this done once every 1 or 2 weeks could be the ticket to deal with that. We’ll see but it’s interesting to say the least!
Combined with CT’s new training articles, this is the best this site has delivered in a short span ever IMO.
i did my second fast yesterday, i LOVE the refreshing feeling i get form doing it
however… i am starving all day took HOT-ROX three times yesterday to stay away from food
im thinking maybe its my normal routine for that time of the month coming soon? idk
constant issue i have … hormones SUCK!!
next week should be better i hope… just didnt find it filling at all either fast??
but the results will keep me doing it again and again, amazing workouts im getting in, perfect for those stuck in a rut id say…
muscles are more defined, energy is improved and overall makes me feel revivied
Well robilyn, we guys don’t have those hormonal issues but I’m sure the gals will appreciate your input
That’s what surprised me about the fast, except after the very first dose and at 6PM, I didn’t feel much hunger - and I expected to.
Today I had planned to do my 2nd one but I felt too hungry already so I’ll do it tomorrow instead. And I will be able to eat more on Sunday while enjoying NFL games and still be phased in for my diet phase!
I have done 2 pulse fasts so far. Once this Monday and one yesterday. Overall it has been a really positive experience. I have noticed that I have less food cravings than before and didn’t have much hunger throughout the fast. I did experience a bad headache yesterday but that was likely from my pulsing schedule getting messed up because of work. That and I only did 8 pulses.
Training on a fact day has not been a pleasant experience though… just a real lack of energy/power. Focus is fine but energy is not.
Robilyn29 I can only imagine what fasting must be like with the hormonal issues that women have to face… thank god I am a man!
I have gone from about 205 lbs to 196 lbs in 2 fasts, not bad. Noticeably leaner in the mirror but still a long way to go. No pics as I wasn’t quite sure I could pull off the whole no food for 36 hrs thing.
Good luck to everyone in their fasting, I think I will continue with some more in a few weeks. I want to see if the results of the fasts can be maintained without fasting.
Starting on Monday I will begin a full all out journal for the MAG-10 Pulse fast. I will start my first fast on Tuesday and will have before/after pictures of each day. Also with that i will supply a general measurements, sleep patterns, water consumption, work outs done(currently I,BODYBUILDER Shoulder), cardio sessions done, focus, energy level etc… Stay tuned… Hoping for results, that will surprise me in a good way.
HI, Im really interested in this but. can i realy acomplish that inner body transformation by the time I’m done with the program?
or how many times am i going to have to purchase this package in order to see and notice easy gaining?
I did my first pulse fast this past weekend and starting my second one tomorrow. the day of the fasting (saturday) was not as bad as i was expecting. I was not extremely hungry like i thought i was going to be, infact i was quit contempt the whole day except when i was sitting in the movies at 9pm next to my gf while she eats snacks. that was pretty painful but other than some cravings in the evening it was ok. I worked out that day, hit legs and strength/energy was amazing. hit some new personal records.
Alpha-GPC & Power Drive seemed to help alot throughout the day. As far as weight loss, im not sure how many pounds dropped due to not having a scale at my gf’s house but i noticed some difference in the mid section, looked a tiny bit leaner and weightlifting belt fit better. overall energy during the day and workout was great. the next day was not very hungry either but had a delicious breakfast and dinner anyways! updates coming with the remaining pulses that are left along with actual numbers and measurements.
I’m at the end of my third fast today, and it’s been the easiest of the 3. Again, hunger is very manageable, the worst period was again after 20-40 minutes following the 1st shake. It’s the only one of the 3 fast days I did I could have trained (didn’t but could have). I do feel, mmm, “fragile” for a lack of a better term.
I’d never consider this to be a lifestyle thing before, just as another tool, but today was fairly easy. The other times, while it was still more easy than I expected, I did feel like my life was “on pause”, even though I had productive days.
I can see the benefit to accelerate fat loss obviously, or done very infrequently to kind of reset leptin and insulin levels to avoid the fat gain during normal or bulking phases. Interesting to say the least. Doesn’t feel very natural to do so though.

SORRY GUYS FOR NOT KEEPING YOU UPDATED BUT PLEASE CLICK THIS LINK SO I DONT FILL THIS ONE UP>>>>
COACH T…THIS STUFF IS GOOD… PLEASE CLICK BELOW. WILL BE DOING MORE FAST NEXT MONDAY AND THURSDAY. THANKS.
i did my first fast yesterday. not bad until bed time…so hungry i couldn’t sleep, got up two hours later, ate some cottage cheese, oats, berries…but still no sleep…oh well. I may do it again in a few weeks.
I’ve the done fats a few times, and I leaned up quite a bit with still eating at, or usually above maintenance on normal lifting days. For the holidays, when I knew I’d be pigging with the family for dinner, I used CT’s style of pulsing from breakfast until around 2-3 in the evening. I’m not doing the fasts as of now, because I spend my own money on supplements while parents pay for food, so I’m saving the CH for when I need it most around workouts. I will definitely use it again in a few months when I lean up a bit for summer.
I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to lean up. It’s an easy way of not having to diet EVERY day and still drop weight.
Just wanted to update. I’ve done about 6 fasts now and basically remaining the same weight and lifts are still going up. Good news. One other thing I did was started checking my waking temp the day after a fast, and loaned behold - I was hotter. Last two times I was .3 degrees hotter. So the next day more calories - in theory - should be burned.
7 am Pulse

Is a “pulse” a scoop of MAG-10? Do I add all of the pulses to the same bottle and sip a certain amount of it throughout the day? or do I measure it out into a glass from the nalgene bottle?
In my opinion the best way to Pulse is to add the 5 scoops of MAG-10, and the Power Drive or ANACONDA, to a nalgene bottle and take it with you.
Nothing wrong with mixing one scoop at a time though.
