mag 10 or 4AD ?

I was wondering if you play sports and are looking for increased athletic performance and less chance of over training would you be able to take a smaller dosage of these to achieve these results for a longer period of time? If so what kind of dosing would you recomend for both the liquid and the capsule form. Thanks.

I would say 4-ad just because you can stay on it longer and still get good results

What I wanted to know was would I be able to take a smaller dosage of these and still recieve benefits from an athletic stand point, like overtraining and keeping strength levels up, not so much with putting on new muscle mass. I wanted to be able to take a smaller dose to be able to stay on for lets say 3 months and keep my wallet happy. Any other responses?

i wouldn’t take a smaller dosage because it will still be suppressing your natural test production, although i don’t know the extent of suppression from prohormones (vs. steriods). for long term most people would recommend 4adec

Does taking less suppress your natural T just as much though? I would be surprised if exactly 6 capsules of Mag10 a day is the perfect amount and that any more or any less would suppress natural T identically.

I myself have been wondering what taking 3 capsules a day for 2 weeks instead of 6 would do because right now with my occupation it’s pretty much impossible for me to eat enough to take advantage of 6 capsules a day. I have pretty much decided that I shouldn’t take mag10 just because I dont want to only get half the benefits from not eating enough and then have low T afterwards.

Does anyone know if 3 capsules a day is 50% as good or is there some minimum amount you need to take in order to experience benefits at all?

well i’ve read that injecting 300 mg test a week is just as suppressive as a gram a week. anytime exogenius T is added to your system your body slows its natural production, so why get >half the benefits with the same amount of suppression? unless you don’t want to spend that much money

You’d be better off running 4 ad ec at single dosing for 16 weeks. This should take you through an entire season. You will be able to maintain LBM and strength when everyone else begins to wear down. I imagine you will recover from injuries a lot quicker as well. Good luck!
