Mag 10 ? for Bill Roberts or anyone else

What kind of volume should you follow when trying to cut up on mag 10 and after mag 10 with tribex and M(How many sets a workout). I’m not going to extreme on the diet but am eating around 2000 cals. at 168. Volume right now is 5 days(weekends off) and anywhere from 12-20 sets a day. I tend to fare better on high volume workouts also.
