I’ve been using the Mag-10 for about 10 days now on the twice a day routine. I am using the syringe with plunger and giving myself 9 ml in the am and 9 ml in the pm. I can’t hold it under my tongue too long because of the taste. I started out at 226 lbs, 26% bf. I am 5’6.5". I have wear a 38" pant. The tanita scale (I know it’s not perfect) says that I have moved to 221 lbs and 21 ± 1% bf. I am wearing a 36" pant today. That said…I have been doing the Ian King 12 week series with two days on, 1 day rest, 2 days on, etc. I have thrown in a small amount of cardio. These results are in 10 days. I would like to get to 190 or so. I have been eating primarily high protein (steaks, chicken) with a little carbs and small amonuts of fat (some cheese) I have one or two Myoplex per day as well. Some Phosphagen Hp (about 10gms), some cytovol, and the EAS multivitamin. I have been taking about 3 T2 per day as well as about 4-6 Betalean. I am using up all my EAS products as I can. That all said…I am 38 yo male…I have noticed that, without being too graphic, morning erections are back like they were 10 years ago…they have been virtually gone…(so I figured that my testerone is definitely up) I will cycle off on Friday and move to the Tribex and the M. I have noticed pretty significant strength gains and definitely greater pumps in the ten days. I am moving on to phase 2 of Ian King’s programs today. How am I doing? What can I do or not do to get rid of more fat? I would love to get to the single digits…I have learned a ton from you guys and appreciate any feedback…Thanks
I am about to start my second 2-week cycle of Mag-10 on a 12-week 2-on, 2-off fat loss phase. I was rather disappointed with my fat loss from the first 2 weeks on but I rather think that this was due to calories being too high at around 2000-2200 a day and also my diet being a bit sloppy at the weekends.
I went from 239lbs @26.5% to 235 @26% in the 2 on-weeks which is better than nothing, but as I say I was hoping for more. I was also using MD6 and (old)T2. My next 2 weeks on starts in a few days so this time I intend to reduce calories to 8kcal/lb of lean mass with protein at 1.5g/lb of lean mass, with the rest coming from the carbs in Surge (on training days) and good fats (flax oil, fish oil caps, canned salmon).
I think this time I will cut down from 3 to 2 scoops of Surge and try 2 doses per day of Mag-10 instead of 1.
When it comes down to it I guess I need to adhere to my diet plans more closely if I want to see more impressive results :).
