true but most my searches on it brought up crystal meth haha
So with traction, how I look at it is you’re using a band generally to decompress the joints and allow everything to stretch back out and relax. The key is to make sure that all the joints remain open, for example if you’re doing traction on your arm, you would choke the band around your wrist as opposed to just grabbing and holding the band throughout the stretch.
