I’m doing about 8x3 hang cleans. For the first 2 sets I do about 115 and then after that I move from 135-150 lbs. Close to the end of the 8 sets my feels like it’s about to give out, should I just take longer rest intervals?
perhaps you should consider that your weakness is your lower back and you should stop cleaning for 2-4 weeks and just strengthen that part of your body, then renew your cleans ~
