I’ve been having some discomfort(mostly soreness/burning feeling) in my pelvic region, right above my pelvic bone. Seems to move around a little bit to different parts of my pelvic region. Seems to improve with rest. Anyone have any idea what this could be? I have taken a week off in a while so maybe I’m pushing it too hard. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and it is definitely improving but not 100% yet. I’ve had a few days that it feels normal. I haven’t noticed straining myself in the gym. I kind of just woke up with it one day.
Does this sound like a sports hernia or any other kind of hernia or maybe just a strain? I don’t have any bulges.
