I find extremely consistent levels when doing labs on Jatenzo. I can make very precise predictions on where my Total T levels will be at 12-1 p.m.
I always see my Total T in the high 600’s 12 noon and lower 600’s at the bottom half of the hour.
The big advantage to Jatenzo is reaching steady states in 7 days.
How is your libido on day 1 vs day 10?

It worked WELL during all my period doin it, 300 e10, but after a while i got tired of my “low dose” and started blasted again. Hornyness gone with super high t.

I’m using 25mg tren 25 mg npp everyday right now.
Using tren for almost 2 years straight. My libido was good on test-e 500mg /w.
Than I heard about low test high tren, I started proviron, dropped test dosage, my knees started to hurt at the beginning, then libido was never been wild again.
I’m injecting test-ace 50mg everyday for 4 days, nothing changed, npp for 4 days too. Before I tried estradiol valerate pills with low test ace. Seems like a I couldn’t make it work.
Also mention, test prop or test ace 350mg/w I still had dry joints knee and back pain.
I dropped cialis for 4 days.
Something that I know is, test-e was fucking working.
I will inject test-e asap.
I dont want to inject blasting test dosages, just enough to feel myself back in the life again, 300-500 doesnt matter. I saw you tried 2gram test or so. I have too much tren ace npp, homebrewed. Last 1 year I lay on tren with my dry joints and gained size even im low e2 lol.

Large injections will hammer SHBG more than frequent dosing, remember, the stronger the androgen, in this case a larger dose, the bigger impact on SHBG. This is great for men with high SHBG.
Trying to control SHBG when it’s low is futile. You can minimize the impact by injecting smaller doses and through diet, but there’s not much else you can do.
Low libido isn’t always hormone related, it’s multi-factorial.
Large injections increase my shbg by 5 points compared to ed or eod injections, due to more spikes of estrogen. Vigorous steve said that the constant levels of androgens with ed injections will keep shbg down, true in my case.
I just cant listen to most trt reddit board advice no more.

For dude above with problems: try 300 to 500mg e10d, see what happends, try for atleast couple of weeks, libido might come back raging.
I personally never saw or barely had any correlation with injection frequency and SHBG. Sometimes I even tested lower SHBG with lesser frequency than higher and vice versa.
What I see from my time pre and during TRT is on average I hang out in the low 20s. Usually 20-23, I got one outlier of like 19 on EOD dosing and another outlier of 27 which was also on EOD dosing. That 27 was closer to the beginning of my journey and a way higher dose than the 19 which was way later down the road and way lower dosing.
Injected 2.5ml test-e in 2 days.
Also been on npp 25mg everday for 4 days, and feeling a little bit sluggish. But my all joint problems has gone.
I will continue test-a 10mg ed + 25mg tren-a ed + 5mg npp ed. And I will wait for 10 days or so.
I didn’t feel any e2 or so. Libido still meh, I dont feel like i’m on tren. I’m calm and relaxed.
Do you think continueing test-a 10mg ed counterindicates with the protocol? Should I put it out?

I think it’s because I never did anything other than TRT. At most 200mg test per week initially through a TRT mill.
Except for a few baby doses of Masteron and Primo for 1-2 weeks.

I have to take 1mg arimidex a week or I get bad E side effects.
It’s not just low libido for me, it’s all the classic symptoms of super low shbg. I dose daily TRT injections. I feel ok but not where I should be. Plus I have to take arimidex 1mg a week and E is still 55-60 and TT 770.
