I have a herniated disc so i can’t deadlift, do bent rows or seated row. Without these, what is the best way to target the lower lat area? Anything besides one arm dumbell rows?
Try some seated cable rows to body.
I don’t know what these are called, but basically get an incline or decline bench. Set the cable accordingly. And bring your straight arms from behind your head to your torso. Its more of a stretch than anything.
Lat pulldown?
Like this guy though, not the stupid lat machine.
Heavy chins.
