37 years old - started going back to the gym 1 year ago. Brought my bfp from 43-31.
I started trt in March of this year. My T levels were 167 so I’m prescribed test.
Due to my still high bf I aromatize easily. Doing research - and then experimenting taking 100mg of test cyp and 100 mg of primo every 4 days makes me feel amazing.
Bloodwork shows estradiol is in check while on this regimen.
I’m not looking for crazy results - just steady energy and an edge while I’m shedding fat / building muscle in the gym.
On keto now - most of the fat loss / muscle gain has been from March
I just want to hear yalls opinion on running this long term.
So which is it? Are you on TRT or are you taking Test/Primo? Please clarify.
FWIW you went from an unhealthy lifestyle as obese to now an unhealthy lifestyle of using PEDs. Why not just utilize TRT and proper training/nutrition to get to a healthy BF and more desirable physique?
There is no info on what steroids do to people when ran longterm. Since there is a risk that it is unhealthy, doing an actual study is unethical.
Most data we have is just self-reported, which means that if a steroid user happens to be ok after 30 years he says he is ok. If a user happens to get a disease that we all can get, he reports that it is because of steroids.
Anyways, i just dont understand why u needed to fuck with your TRT? If u aromatize whatever, it is for your doctor to fix.
Primo is a DHT. Those typically will have a negative impact to your lipids and can also cause prostate issues. Who knows if it will cause you issues or not long term. It’s a roll of the dice.
Good work. What was your before and after body weight?
But I have no thoughts for AAS use for someone with as much body fat as you currently have.
That is too short a time to give up on TRT only hormones. Especially considering your results thus far. You didn’t get that out of shape in a couple of months.
When did you start adding Primo to your TRT?
What kind of strength results have you achieved thus far? Are you doing any big compound exercises? (Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Deadlift) If so, can you give us some numbers?
