I read somewhere the other day that making fruit a staple in one’s diet during a cut is a bad idea…is this true??
cuz I eat and apple and orange every day…should I be cutting the fruits out??
I’m sorta on my own made up carb cycling diet, but find it quite difficult to cut out the carbs from fruits and veggies…
Depending on how heavy my workout load is on that given day, my carbs range from 50-150g (chest/back and legs days I shoot for 150g, other 3 workout days 100g, and my off days shoot for 50g).
I Only eat starchy carbs like whole wheat bread or Oatmeal on High Carb Days, otherwise just fruits, veggies and almond for my carbs!
