Low Carb Diet for Muscle?

anyone done this? i’m relatively low carb, 50% fat and 30% protein, and i’m just maintaining atm.

50% fat 30% protein and rest carbs ? that’s what i’ve been doing over the past year and have went up from 190 to 225 with minimal (as far as i can tell visually) fat gain

^Exactly. People usually hear ‘low-carb’ and think it means someone is on a deficit diet. Just eat enough food to grow and you’ll be good.
