I am training for strength so is it a good idea to do the main heavy sets with low bar and then for supplemebtal to do high bar?
Do you want to get stronger on high bar or low bar?
I just want to get as strong as possible on squats. But currently high bar feels a lot better than low bar
Can you post a video of both while doing a weight that you can only do 5 reps, or so? That is, light enough for good form, yet heavy enough to need to engage a concentrated effort.
Whichever one you train and put the most focus and effort into will be the one that gets strongest. Low bar allows you to move more weight because you’ll have better leverage. It’s kind of like asking if you should Deadlift sumo or conventional
